Rana Dasgupta makes recovery from COVID-19, returns home


General secretary of Bangladesh Hindu Buddhist Christian Oikya Parishad Rana Dasgupta, who was undergoing treatment at Sikder Women’s Medical College for coronavirus infection, recovered and returned home safely on July 2.

Both Rana Dasgupta, also a senior prosecutor of International Crimes Tribunal, confirmed the matter and said “I have returned Chattogram and now I’m in sound condition.”
Earlier on June 17, Rana Dasgupta, and his wife tested positive for Covid-19 while they were in Chattogram.

Later, they were shifted to Dhaka for better treatment.
